Reserve a Room (by room)

The Jessie Thomas Meeting Room A is the larger of the two meeting rooms and is located on the lower level of the Avon-Washington Township Public Library. 

The Jessie Thomas Meeting Room B is the smaller of the two meeting rooms and is located on the lower level of the Avon-Washington Township Public Library. 

The Jessie Thomas Meeting Room AB is a combination of Meeting Rooms A & B and is the largest public meeting space that we offer. It is located on the lower level of the Avon-Washington Township Public Library.

A-WTPL has a total of eight Study Rooms that are available for public use during the Library's normal operating hours. There is no charge to use a Study Room. Single Use and Group Study Rooms cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come-first-served basis for a maximum of two hours if others are waiting. 

The Quiet Study Room is for those who area seeking a quiet environment for reading and independent studying. Conversation and loud equipment are prohibited in this room.
